1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter and 3 T milk
3 or 4 T flour
1-3/4 cups milk
2 egg yolks or 3 if small

Directions:
Directions:
Cook brown sugar, butter and milk in skillet.

Mix 3 or 4 T flour with 1-3/4 or 1-1/3 cups milk, 2 or 3 egg yolks then add to
skillet and cook until thick.
Put in baked crust.

Top with meringue

This is the best butterscotch pie you have ever tasted. However, there are several different recipes for it and Grandma couldn't make it right without the pan she used to use.
Try using a heavy iron or cast iron pan to make the filling. I would go with the larger amount of eggs and milk.
