1 cup butter
1 - 3 oz. pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 TB grated orange peel
1 tsp vanilla
3+1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt

FILLING:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 - 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
1/4 cup orange juice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

In a mixing bowl cream butter, cream cheese & sugar.

Add egg, orange peel & vanilla & continue to mix well

Combine flour & salt. Add to creamed mixture & mix well

Cover & chill for 4 hours or until firm.

Meanwhile combineall filling ingredients in a small pan. Cook & stir over low heat until smooth; set aside to cool

On a floured surface, divide dough in half. Roll each half into a 12 x 10" rectangle

Spread with filling carefully roll up in a tight jelly roll & wrap in waxed paper.Chill overnight.

Remove wax paper & cut rolls into 1/4 " slices.

Placeon ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks
