1 cup creamed cottage cheese
2 sticks butter
2 cups flour

FILLING:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg yolk beaten with 2 TB water
3/4 cups finely chopped nuts
half stick butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Cream together cottage cheese & butter. Stir in flour.
Divide dough in 3 parts - roll each on floured pastry cloth to the thickness of a pie crust.

Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup nuts & lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cut into 16 pie shaped wedges. Roll up starting with outside edge.

Place on lightly greased cookie sheet with point down. Brush with beaten egg yolk

Bake until browned then remove from cookie sheet at once.
