2 lb ground beef
1T whole basil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 12 oz can tomato paste
8 oz lasagna noodles
2 eggs
3 cups of cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 T dried parsley flakes
1 tsp pepper
1lb Mozzarella cheese,shredded

Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add basil, salt tomato sauce and tomato paste. Simmer 30 min st, irring occasionally. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender , drain. Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Layer half of the noodles in grease 9x13-inch pan, spread with half the cottage cheese mixture, then half of the meat mixture and half the Mozzarella cheese.Repeat Bake at 375 until bubbly then add Mozzarella Let stand 10 min.
