Creamy Peanut Butter
One block chocolate almond Bark
Town House™ or Ritz Crackers™
Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter between two crackers and rest on a baking sheet lined with wax paper
Double boil the almond bark in two cube batches
Using tongs, dip the cookies into the almond bark until completely covered.
place back on the baking sheet.
Repeat until the whole bark is used and cookies are gone
This will probably yield 3 baking sheets full. you can also do pretzels if you have leftover melted bark

I thought Mimmie was a genius on this one till one time, while "helping" her make these, I actually looked at the back of the almond bark. Now I cannot give her credit for this recipe. :-(
