Large box of Crispex cereal
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white corn syrup
2 tsp. of vanilla
Bag of dried cranberries or craisens
1 can of mixed nuts
1 pound of pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Place cereal mixture on cookie sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Melt butter, add brown sugar and syrup. Boil 5 minutes, constantly stirring. Add 2 tsp. of vanilla. Pour over cereal, nuts and cranberry mixture. Bake at 200º for 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes.

Very important to put down parchment paper or use a mat liner....if you don't, you will never be able to remove it from the cookie sheet!
