1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
34 cups cold butter
143 cups milk
12 cups raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix flour, 1/3 cup of the
sugar, baking powder, baking
soda and salt in large bowl.
Cut butter into small cubes
and add to your flour mix-
ture. Add milk and raisins;
mix just until moistened.
Place dough on a floured
surface; knead 10 times.
Shape into a round loaf,
about 2-3" thick. Place on
a greased baking sheet. Cut
a deep 1/2" "X into the top
of the dough. Sprinkle with
remaining 1 Tbsp sugar.
Bake 1 hour or until golden
brown. Cool completely on
wire rack. Cut into wedges to
serve.
