3 c. water
2/3 c. quick pearled barley
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. diced red onion
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli, cut in florets
10 strips bacon, fried crisp & crumbled


1/4 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook barley; drain, rinse and chill. Combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients. Toss salad with dressing to coat.
