1 cup of Sugar
1/4 tsp.salt
1/2 tsp cream of Tarter
2 egg whites
3 tbs water
1 tbs vanilla
Directions:
Directions:

Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a stainless steel heavy bottom pot, place over medium heat until hot stirring constantly,I do mine different than most people I get mine hot and then put mine in my kitchen aide mixer and beat for 7 minutes. Works every time.

Double recipe for most cakes.
