1 c. Sugar
2 T. Butter or Crisco Shortening
1 egg
1 tsp. Salt
½ c. sour milk (if not sour, add 2 tsp. vinegar to sour)
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Ripe Bananas
2 c. All Purpose Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream together sugar, butter or shortening, egg and salt.
Add smashed bananas and flour.
Take sour milk and dissolve baking soda. Mix well. Pour into loaf pan
Bake 1 hr.
