Ingredients:  
Cornbread made with 2 cups meal. I use recipe on corn meal mix.
6 slices white bread with crusts removed.
1 large onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
Some turkey juice (from roasting turkey or boiling giblets) or canned chicken broth
Some milk
4 eggs
Pieces of butter on top
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbled cornbread and torn white bread with eggs, celery and onion.
(I boil the celery and onion in water until tender)
Add turkey juice and milk until the dressing is juicy,
Pour into large casserole sprayed with Pam and sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
Bake about 45 minutes in preheated 350º oven.

Mama always said this was her favorite piece of turkey. She wrote the recipe with “some” milk and “some” turkey juice,
And I still don’t know exact amounts. I just follow her directions, ‘til juicy.
