⦁ 2 cups all-purpose flour
⦁ 1 tsp baking soda
⦁ 1/2 tsp baking powder
⦁ 1/4 tsp salt

⦁ 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
⦁ 1 cup flaked coconut
⦁ 1 cup sunflower seeds, roasted

Directions:

⦁ combine butter and sugars until light and fluffy
⦁ add eggs and vanilla and combine
⦁ in separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt
⦁ add flour mixture to the butter mixture & mix until well combined
⦁ stir in oats, coconut, & sunflower seeds
⦁ drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet
⦁ bake at 350F for 8 – 11 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned
around the edges
⦁ allow cookies to cool for about 1 minute on the cookie sheet, then move
cookies to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely

YIELDS: 4 dozen cookies
