8 lbs tomatoes or White water bucket full
2 lbs cabbage or Good size hard head
2 lbs onions or 12 medium size

6 pods peppers (1/2 hot) each about 2 inches long
4 TBLS Black pepper
2 ½ c Sugar
5 ½ c Vinegar
Slight ½ c Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grind all the vegetables in a food chopper. Add the salt and put in a white cloth sack and hang on clothes line outside and let drip all night. Next morning add sugar, vinegar and black pepper and cook at a simmer about 45 minutes. Ready for jars and seal.
