Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup crisco ( solid vegetable shortening)

Mix together and roll out like pie dough.
Cut in squares and put apple pieces inside of each square of dough, Fold up dough pieces and place inn a oak,


Topping

2 cups sugar
W cups water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c butter

Directions:

Pour topping over the top of dough and apples. Bake 35 minutes at 375º F. Serve warm
