2 pkg cherry gelatin
3 cup hot water
2 pkg of frozen cranberry-orange relish
1 lg apple, diced uniformly and small
1 cup of celery, diced uniformly and small
3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup nuts chopped small

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.

This was the relish that I loved to eat with the Thanksgiving turkey at Granny and Grampy's house. It was delicious and a perfect accompaniment to the turkey. Much better than the can shaped cranberry, I usually make for myself.
