2 cups flour
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 cup nuts + sprinkle of nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
3 pkg. instant lemon (or any other flavor) pudding
4½ cups cold milk
Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, mix flour, butter and 1 cup of nuts. Press into pan and bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Mix and spread on first layer: cream cheese, powdered sugar and one container of Cool Whip. Chill. Mix the pudding with milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate. Spread on other container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Keep cold until ready to serve.
