1 T yeast
1½ cup warm water
1 T malted milk powder
1 T honey
1 t salt
4½ cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup of butter
Parmesan cheese
Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water until yeast activates.
Add malted milk powder, honey, and salt.
Add flour one cup at a time. Knead until well combined.
Roll out to ½ inch thick. Cut into strips in jelly-roll pan. Let rise 15-20 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 400º.
Melt butter and brush onto strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
