4 1/2 C. WATER
4 MED. POTATOES, PEELED AND CUBED
1/2 TSP. SALT
1/2 LB. SMOKED SAUSAGE, CUT UP
1-16 OZ. CAN SAUERKRAUT, UNDRAINED
1/2 C. CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP. DILL WEED
1/4 TSP. CARAWAY SEED
1 C. SOUR CREAM
1 TBSP. FLOUR

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE WATER, POTATOES, SALT AND COOK UNTIL TENDER. ADD MEAT, SAUERKRAUT, ONION, DILL WEED, AND CARAWAY SEED. BRING TO A BOIL; COMBINE SOUR CREAM AND FLOUR.
STIR 1 CUP OF HOT MIXTURE INTO SOUR CREAM;
RETURN TO MAIN POT AND HEAT THROUGH
