Crust
Ingredients:

6 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 cups sugar
2 cups Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Add the sugar, crushed Ritz crackers and vanilla to the egg white mixture a little at a time. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes in an ungreased pan. Let cool.
 

Topping
Ingredients:

4 cups Dream Whip (prepared)
8 oz cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
Directions:

Mix together the Dream Whip and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the pineapple. Top the cooled crust.
