5 lbs Potatoes cut into small chunks
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream (let it sit out while the potatoes are cooking so it will not be cold)
2 Sticks of Land O' Lakes Butter (room temperature)
Kosher Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Rinse cut and peeled potatoes under cold water until water runs clear.
2. Add potatoes to large pot of cold salted water, water should cover potatoes by 1″, and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and tender with a fork.
3. Drain potatoes from water and rinse under warm water.
4. Add potatoes to the mixing bowl, turn mixer on low and mash potatoes before adding butter, cream, salt and pepper. Mix on low for 1-2 minutes until well mixed and then on medium until fully incorporated.
Serve immediately.

You can make mashed potatoes almost anyway without ruining them. I used milk for most of life until I started experimenting with Heavy Whipping Cream. I learned that one ingredient makes any dish requiring milk so much creamier and better tasting.
