2 lbs Hamburger Meat
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
2 lbs Macaroni Noodles
1 large can Tomato Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry hamburger, onion and bell pepper until done, drain.
2. Boil water and cook noodles according to package.
3. Mix all ingredients together in large pan, add tomato juice and simmer 10 min.

I always season the meat with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.

This is a quick, easy, kid friendly meal.
I love the way this tastes with corn (frozen or canned) and 1-8 oz can of diced tomatoes.
The grandkids prefer it made with spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato juice.
