3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water 105 - 115°F
Two packages yeast
One egg
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and butter. Cool to lukewarm temperature, Measure of warm water into warm large bowl. Sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved. Stir in milk mixture egg and half the flour,
Beat until smooth. Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.Cover tightly with saran wrap and refrigerate dough at least two hours. Maybe kept refrigerated for three days. To use, cut off amount needed in shape as desired.

I found this recipe from my mother in my recipe file but have yet to try it. I felt worthy to be in this cookbook in case you would like to try it. It requires no kneading and can be kept in the refrigerator. I would say it would be a good dough for
cinnamon rolls. It will need warming up from the refrigerator and after filling, it will need a second rise.
