1 C. SOUR CREAM
3 TBSP. MILK
2 C. FLOUR
2 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
1 TSP. VANILLA

POUR 1/2 OF BATTER IN GREASED TUBE PAN
AND SPRINKLE WITH 3/4 OF TOPPING; ADD REMAINING BATTER AND SPRINKLE WITH REST OF TOPPING.

TOPPING - 1/2 C. BROWN SUGAR
3/4 C. CHOPPED NUTS
2 TBSP. CINNAMON

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MIN.
