1-Large Bag of Frozen Shredded Hash Browns (2 lbs)-Thoroughly Thawed
½ Cup Milk
½ cup melted margarine
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup chopped onion
2 cups Mild shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint (16 oz) Sour Cream
1 can of Durkee Onion Topping (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, margarine, soup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in the sour cream and onion; then add in the cheese and hash brown potatoes. Spread into a greased 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes (browning and the edges will bubble). Top with onion topping and bake for another 10 minutes.
