2 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c butter - softened
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 large eggs
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c ground walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and walnuts. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 9-11 minutes

This is dad's secret recipe. The recipe is for one batch but you can't only make one batch at a time. You have to make at least 2 double batches, just don't try to mix all that in one bowl!
