1 package -32 oz.-Ore-IDa Tater Tots(8 cups)
1 container sour cream, or 2 cups or 16 oz.
2 tablespoons , dry ranch seasoning mix(I use hidden valley)
3 Tablespoons chopped , fresh if possible, chives, divided
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles(I use from a jar, hormel real bacon pieces)

1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

2. Bake potatoes according to package instructions

3. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, seasoning mix and 2 tablespoons of chives

4. Arrange tater tots on serving platter

5. Spoon sour cream mixture on top

6. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon and remaining 1 tablespoon of chives
