1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 TB orange juice
3 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Grated rind of one orange & one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Cream butter then add sugar. Mix well.

Beat in egg & orange juice.

Sift dry ingredients together then add to egg-sugar mixture. Add grated rind & blend well.

Shape into rolls & chill. Slice in 1/8" thick slices & put on baking sheets.

Bake until golden & crisp.
