Ingredients:  
2 packages dry yeast
1 C warm milk
1 T sugar
1 T salt
2 T vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
10 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the 2 packages of dry yeast in 3 C warm water.
Let stand 15-20 minutes.
Add the milk, sugar, salt, oil, and egg.
Gradually add about 10 C flour.
Will be a soft dough.
Put into large sprayed bowl, and let rise until 'double'.
Punch down.
With food scale, weigh out 1 pound balls of dough.
Each 1# will make 1 pizza.
Pat into sprayed cookie sheets or pizza pans.
May pre-bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes, or until light golden brown and freeze for future use.
Or top with pizza sauce and bake.
