3 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter (room temperature)
8 oz cream cheese (room
2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon almond extract


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees .

Mix butter and cream cheese in food processor or mixeruntil well blended.
Add sugar mix well.
Add egg, vanilla and almond extract, mix well.

Add dry ingredients. mix well.
Chill

Using tablespoon of mixture roll into balls and then logs and form crescent shapes.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

When cool dip one end of cookie in melted chocolate (and then nuts or coconut if desired) place on wax paper until chocolate hardens.

This dough also rolls well for cut out cookies.
