2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease cookie sheet or use cooking spray
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

In a large bowl, cream butter or margarine with sugar

Beat in eggs and lemon extract

Mix in milk and flour mixture alternately in 3 parts, starting with the milk.

Gently mix in blueberries

Drop batter by tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets 1 1/2 inches apart

Bake 12 to 15 minutes

this recipe was obtained from our local Farmer's Market when fresh blueberries were in season.It is an easy recipe and my grandchildren love the cookies.
