1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix

GLAZE
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate squares
1/4 C butter cut up (1/2 stick)

FILLING
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
2 C thawed Cool-Whip
12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix and cook according to package directions - using 2 9-inch round pans. Cool completely.
Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl on high for two minutes. Stir until butter and chocolate are completely melted. Let cool 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently fold in Cool Whip and crushed Oreos. Spread the cream cheese mixture in between the two cake layers.
Spoon the chocolate glaze over the top of cake and let stand until set.
Store cake in refrigerator.
