1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat together then add:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix, then roll dough and cut into different shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes or till golden. Do not overbake. Ice and decorate as desired. Use "Butterscotch Cookie Icing" recipe to ice the cookies.
