Ingredients:
3 to 4 strips of “wafer” steak (top round sometimes is thin enough – you want it thinner than ¼”)
2-3 stalks of celery
1 medium onion
4-6 TBSP butter
4-6 slices of bread
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Break apart bread into bowl and set aside. In a skillet add butter, diced up celery and onion. Saute of 15-20 minutes on low to med heat. When soft add to the bread and mix. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture over the pieces of steak until it is all used. Then roll up each piece of steak. Tie with kite string or thread. Then place black into the skillet for a quick browning on all sides. Once brown, place meat into a greased baking pan and cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour on 350º heat.
