¼cup sugar
¼cup flour
½tsp nutmeg
½tsp cinnamon dash of salt 6 cups granny smith apples 2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Place in unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter.
 

Crumb Topping

1 cup sugar 1 cup flour
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients with fork or fingers until crumbly. Pack on top of apples in a mound. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hr 20 min.
