4 Eggs
8 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour, mixed into the can of water until blended
1 can eagle bran condensed milk
1 can water
3 oz's chocolate (I use Hershey's cooking chocolate) - melted *
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

* If using semi-sweet chocolate cut the sugar to 1/3 cup

Directions:

1. Make or Buy a graham cracker 8" pie crust.
2. Melt chocolate and allow it to cool slightly.
3. In a saucepan, mix condensed milk, water with flour, sugar, eggs, & salt well.
4. Stir in the chocolate.
5. Place pan on the stove and heat on medium until thick. Pudding consistency. This will take 10-15 minutes.
6. Pour filling into pie crust.
7. Allow to cool and then chill in the refrigerator.
