1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
12 oz chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together softened butter and margarine until smooth. Cream with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the creamed ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheets, preferably on parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
