2 c. All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 c. Butter- softened
3/4 c. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Pistachio Extract
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Chopped Pistachios

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt- then set aside.
2. Beat butter and sugar until smooth, and combine with extracts.
3. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated.
4. Fold in nuts.
5. Roll the dough into two logs about 8 in. long.
6. Wrap in wax paper or parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Preheat oven to 350º F.
8. Remove from wax paper, and cut into 36 TOTAL slices.
9. Place slices on baking sheet, and cook for 12-15 minutes, until just golden at the edges.
10. Cool on wire rack, and enjoy.
