3 6 oz. cans tomato paste
4 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup onion flakes
1/3 cup chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Add water if necessary. After it comes to a boil dip tortillas in the sauce. Place some of the filling across the middle of the tortilla, roll, and place seam side down in a baking dish. Repeat until all tortillas are filled and rolled. Spoon a small amount of the remaining sauce across the length of each enchilada, pay particular attention to coat the ends. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover the pan tightly with foil, and bake at 350° until enchiladas are heated through and cheese has melted (20 to 30 minutes).
