1 box cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar ( for top of cookies)

Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil. Batter will be stiff. Roll into 1 inch balls. Press with fork dipped into sugar. Bake at 350º for 10-13 minutes. Great for those last minute classroom emergencies!
