For Cookies:
1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
A pinch of Nutmeg
3 eggs
2 tsp Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 c. Flour

For Frosting:
1/3 bag Powdered Sugar
1 stick Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º Fahrenheit.

For Cookies:
1. Cream butter and sugar well.
2. Add eggs, and beat until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla and nutmeg, and mix.
4. Add in sifted dry ingredients (Flour, nutmeg, tartar, and baking soda).
5. Chill for about 30 minutes.
6. Roll thinly, and cut with variety cookie cutters.
7. Bake on greased sheets (or with parchment paper) for about 8 minutes.

For Frosting:
1. Beat together all ingredients
2. If too thick, add a little mild (about a teaspoon).
