1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp grated orange peel
2½ cups crushed whole grain wheat flakes
1½ cups flour
½ cup wheat germ
½ tsp allspice
¾ cup grated zucchini
½ cup raisins
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract and orange peel. Beat at medium speed til light and fluffy. Add wheat flakes, flour, wheat germ, soda and allspice. Beat at low speed til soft dough forms. Stir in zucchini and raisins.
Drop by tsp onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake 9-12 minutes.
