1 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. milk 2 T. vegetable oil 1 egg, beaten
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Combine egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients to make a soft dough. Drop from teaspoon into boiling stew . Make sure your stew has plenty of liquid in it. Cover and steam for 15 minutes. DO NOT lift cover.
