1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. soft shortening 2 T. cream or milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder Flour
Beat egg. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and add enough flour to make a soft dough that will roll out without being sticky. Roll out thin and cut with pizza cutter. Sift flour over noodles as you separate them. Drop into boiling broth or allow to dry and store for later use.
