4 Cups Flour
1-1/2 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
1-3/4 Cup Butter Flavor Crisco

Mix until Pea Size

Directions:

Mix 1 Beaten Egg
1 T. Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water

Put the dry ingredients in the refrigerator for one hour.

1 Cup of Dry Mix
2-3 T. Liquid Mixture per crust

Dry mix can be kept tightly covered in the refrigerator for several months.

This was Grandma's recipe for pie crust and more importantly for Pasty. Mom sent me the recipe as she used this recipe for her wonderful pasties! My mouth is watering just thinking about them.
