1 egg (divided into yolk and white)
1 c sugar
1 c butter
2 c sifted flour
1/2 t cinnamon
2 t sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 c chopped walnuts and pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and add egg yolk
Sift flour and cinnamon and add to sugar mixture
Dough should be soft (pie crust texture)
Spread dough over well greased cookie sheet and top with unbeaten egg white.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon and nuts and sprinkle over entire surface
Bake 325 for 40min, mark off into squares when they come out of oven,
