2 cups sugar
½ cup corn syrup
1 cup water

3 egg whites

Cookie dough:
1 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
11 Tbs. Cocoa
4 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ baking soda
6 tbs. buttermilk
2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, corn syrup and water until it makes a string. Beat egg whites to a peak and Pour mixture over it while beating.

Mix all cookie dough ingredients together and roll into 3 rolls and chill.
