8 oz. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
1 T. scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp. hot sauce, or to taste
1 T. worchestershire sauce
Wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil - for frying
Duck sauce - for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place a small amount in a wonton wrapper; pinch edges to seal. Dep fry in small batches until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sweet and sour sauce (Duck Sauce).

Egg roll wrappers can be substituted for the wonton wrappers....just cut each wrapper in 1/4's.
