2 lbs. pototoes, cooked and drained
4 c. coarsley shredded green cabbage, cooked and drained
1-1/2 c. scallions, sliced
1/3 c. milk or as needed
1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat scallions with milk; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Beat potatoes with salt, pepper and butter; beat into scallions and milk. Stir in cabbage and combine well.
