Ingredients:
Ingredients:

In a large pot stir together:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add 1-2 cups hot water and stir until smooth.
Turn heat on to medium high. Bring to a boil, stirring
occasionally. Pour in about a gallon of milk.
(We always use whole milk because I'm sure my ancestors
would want it that way.)
Like is dark? Add a little less milk. Like it light? Add more milk.
Pour in 1 TBL vanilla extract.
Turn heat down to medium low and let it heat slowly.
Keep a lid on it as it heats. When it's hot, pour into a jug,
put a lid on and it's ready to serve.
Cheers!
