2 lbs. chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces
7-8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
10 slices ginger
2 red chilies
2 stalks basil
1/2 c. sesame oil
1 c. wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a heated wok or frying pan, add sesame oil, garlic and ginger and heat on medium-high heat until brown. Add chicken and stir-fry over high heat until chicken turns white. Add wine, soy sauce and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until done. Garnish with red chilies and basil.
